Motor vehicle/trailer/motorcycle dealers are allowed to sell or attempt to sell only at their licensed place of business. The only exception is for community events that have been approved by the Board. A listing of the current approved events is available at the Board's office. Events are not approved solely for the purpose of selling vehicles. Sponsors of new events should contact the Board's office for further information.
Any licensed Nebraska dealer who attends an approved event and wishes to display, demonstrate and sell their units must apply for and be issued a Special Permit.
